Hi There. We’re Josh and Drew, the founders of Upsider, the career management platform for top performing salespeople.
We’ve spent our careers living and breathing sales and recruiting. Over the last 15 years, we’ve done it all: direct sales, sales management, and building sales teams. We've closed well over $100 million in business, with deals ranging from a few thousand dollars up to $5+ million C-level enterprise deals. We’ve built sales teams from scratch for high growth start ups, and managed enterprise teams at a billion dollar businesses. We’ve interviewed thousands of sales reps, ranging from fresh faced college grads to seasoned veterans with 20+ years enterprise experience.
We decided to start Upsider one night over a beer (or two) discussing how we spent countless frustrating hours on a quest to find the best data to help us identify, connect with, and hire the right top performing salespeople. We quickly realized that as both top performers and hiring managers, we would much rather spend our time building relationships with only the right people, but couldn’t do so without the data. This is why we created Upsider. We couldn’t be more excited to unlock efficiency and transparency for top salespeople and hiring companies.
